Swimming-pool painting and restoration · Bristol base · UK-wide service
Hypertrail Digital client case study
How Oasis turned a specialist pool service into a website customers can actually navigate.
Oasis does specialist work across the UK, but customers still need a simple answer: is my pool problem something this team can solve, and what should I do next?
A specialist service was being presented like one broad pool-renovation job.
Pool liner replacement and pool painting solve different problems. Domestic owners, hotels, schools and leisure facilities also arrive with different practical questions, while nationwide work needs stronger proof than a generic service page.
The plan: make the website and the measurement tell the same story
The website needed to explain the two core services, show genuine completed work and collect enough project detail for a useful first response. The Ads account then needed to optimise around submitted enquiries—not every phone or email click.

Separated the two main reasons customers arrive
Pool liner replacement and pool painting have distinct service pages, supporting guidance and enquiry routes instead of sharing one vague renovation pitch.
Turned completed work into first-hand proof
Real before-and-after projects show the pool type, visible problem, work completed and finished result across domestic and commercial settings.
Built useful UK coverage without pretending every place is an office
Area pages explain genuine nationwide project coverage from a Bristol base and connect each visitor back to the relevant service and enquiry.
Repaired the conversion signal
Form submissions became the primary optimisation signal. Phone and email clicks moved to secondary actions, and spend was concentrated in the campaign showing the strongest evidence.
The finished system can be inspected; commercial results still need time.
The public website contains separate liner and painting journeys, real customer projects, practical guides, UK coverage pages and a project enquiry that asks for the pool details Oasis needs. The September 2026 Ads work also repaired conversion tracking and removed weaker signals from primary optimisation.
What this example could mean for your business.
Split services when the buying decision changes
A liner customer and a pool-painting customer need different proof, preparation detail and next steps.
Real projects make specialist claims believable
A finished pool, its starting condition and the actual work completed are stronger than generic promises or stock photography.
Tracking belongs to the whole customer journey
The campaign cannot improve when the website treats every click as if it were a completed enquiry.
Use the evidence in your own decision
