SERVICE / PRACTICAL SUPPORT
Not sure what you need? Good. That’s part of my job.
Tell me what isn't working. I'll worry about what it's called. Small businesses rarely need another long service menu — they need someone to find the blockage.
The useful answer
Hypertrail Digital provides practical marketing support for small UK businesses, including tracking, Google Business Profile work, landing pages, analytics, email, planning and troubleshooting.
Start with the business problem.
Not enough calls. Too much admin. Leads that never turn into work. Reports you do not trust. We work backwards from that, rather than selling a fashionable channel.
The useful bits, joined up.
Small-business marketing often breaks between tools. The ad fires, the form fails, the tracking misses it and nobody knows which enquiry came from where.
- ✓GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- ✓Conversion tracking
- ✓Google Business Profile support
- ✓Email and SMS planning
- ✓Campaign and landing-page troubleshooting
- ✓Commercial marketing strategy
Sometimes the answer is “don’t buy that.”
If the ads are fine and the problem is how calls are handled, I will say so. If a new website would be an expensive distraction, I will say that too.
Before money is spent
Three questions decide whether the route makes sense.
Common questions
Short, honest answers.
Do you work with businesses outside Scotland?+
Yes. Hypertrail is based in Bellshill and works with businesses across Scotland and throughout the UK. Most of the work is managed remotely and directly.
Do you require a contract?+
No long-term contract. Clients should stay because the work is useful, not because a signature trapped them for another nine months.
Who actually manages my account?+
The same experienced marketer you speak to. There is no sales hand-off, account-management layer or junior team hidden behind the pitch.
A useful first look. No obligation.
Where could your next worthwhile leads come from?
Tell me what you sell, where customers are and what is not working. I'll look at it personally and tell you the first thing I would improve.
