GUIDE / STRAIGHT ANSWER
How much does Google Ads management cost?
There are two separate costs: the money paid to Google for advertising and the fee paid to manage the campaign. Mixing them together makes comparisons almost useless.

The useful answer
Hypertrail charges £150 per month for full Google Ads management. Advertising spend is separate and is paid to Google. The sensible total budget depends on search demand, likely click cost, what a genuine lead is worth and how much evidence the campaign needs before a decision can be made.
What to check first
The right decision depends on a few commercial facts. Work through these before changing budget or buying another service.
- ✓Separate the management fee from ad spend
- ✓Ask exactly what management and tracking include
- ✓Set a test budget from customer economics
- ✓Keep account ownership and billing in your business name
Management fee and media spend do different jobs
The management fee pays for the thinking and work around the account: research, setup, tracking, search-term review, advert changes, bidding decisions and reporting. The ad spend buys entry into Google’s auctions. A cheap fee cannot rescue an uneconomic market, and a large ad budget cannot rescue careless management.
Compare scope, not one headline number
Ask whether setup, conversion tracking, landing-page advice and ongoing search-term work are included. Confirm who owns the account and who will actually make changes. A quote that excludes the work needed to measure genuine leads may look cheaper while leaving the most important problem untouched.
- ✓Management fee
- ✓Advertising spend paid to Google
- ✓Any one-off setup or tracking work
- ✓Landing-page work if the current page is weak
Choose spend from evidence
Keyword Planner can estimate search demand and click costs, but its figures are forecasts rather than promises. Combine those estimates with your close rate and profit per customer. If the likely cost of acquiring a customer leaves no acceptable return, the answer may be a narrower campaign—or not running Google Ads yet.
What Hypertrail charges
Full Google Ads management is £150 per month with no long-term contract. The business keeps ownership of its advertising account and pays Google directly. Any separate website or specialist tracking work should be agreed before it begins.
What I would check in your account
If you share what the business sells, where customers are and what is not working, I can inspect the actual route from search to enquiry and tell you the first thing I would improve. If there is no sensible paid-search opportunity, I will say so.

Common questions
Short, honest answers.
Is the Google Ads budget included in the £150 fee?+
No. The £150 is Hypertrail’s monthly management fee. Advertising spend is set separately in Google Ads and paid to Google.
Is there a minimum ad spend?+
There is no honest universal minimum. The viable amount depends on local search volume, expected click costs, customer value and how many enquiries are needed to learn anything useful.
Should my agency pay Google on my behalf?+
Usually the advertising account and billing should remain under the client’s control. That keeps spend visible and avoids losing the account history if the management relationship ends.
